The Water Cycle
Earth's water keeps moving — watch it evaporate, form clouds, fall as rain, and flow back to the sea.
Evaporation
Condensation (clouds)
Precipitation (rain)
Collection (rivers/sea)
1. Evaporation
The Sun heats lakes, rivers, and the sea. Water turns into invisible vapor and rises into the sky. Try sliding the "Sun heat" higher — you'll see more vapor rise.
2. Condensation
High up, the air is cooler. The vapor turns back into tiny water droplets — that's a cloud! More vapor means thicker clouds.
3. Precipitation
When clouds get heavy with water, they let it fall as rain, snow, or hail. Press "Make it rain" to see this happen.
4. Collection
Rain falls on the ground. Some soaks in, some flows in rivers back to the sea — and the cycle starts again!
